The course covers XenApp and XenDesktop services, databases, StoreFront, and Virtual Delivery Agent registration and connection. You will learn the skills required to to optimize the end user experience for both managed and unmanaged devices through policies, and customizations. Students will deliver a seamless Receiver, customize StoreFront, improve logon speeds, and configure settings to deliver graphics and media over limited resources in a virtual lab environment. Students will have access to a virtual lab environment that uses real world support ticket scenarios encountered by the Citrix support team to learn how to troubleshoot some of the top support issues and the tools used to effectively identify the root cause and implement appropriate solutions. This course is a combination of the CXD-301 and CXD-302. The first two days will cover the content from CXD-301 and days 3 and 4 will cover the content from CXD-302. Global knowledge offers the combined course as well as the standalone courses.
