Summer Project
After finish 1st year the tutors briefed us on a Project to make throughout Summer.
We were asked to choose between two different options with different concept approach.
I chose the Option 2. Which consisted in to develop a visual identuty for the Portable Gallery 5th Anniversary Exhibition.

Mapping Project
At the start of 2nd year we were inducted in how to deliver information in a simply way. The infographics nowadays play an important role in visual communication. We do all need to make sure that the data collected from a study is delivered in an understandable way to the audience.
Thus, I focused my interests in this project on a self-research. The research consisted in to count the amount of times I do say an interjection during 6 days in a row; also giving emotional, weather and social conditions that interacted during my study.
The interjections are short expressions that we say every day; as there’re different types of interjections I have grouped them into 3 main categories: pain, emotional and social. During my research I found out that the amount and category of the Interjections said varies depending on weather, social and emotional factors.
As a blossom of numerical research and data track I have designed a basic Infographic scheme representing the Interjections.

Dragons’ Den Project
Four professional designers were invited to be the Dragons on this presentation-based project. The project consisted in to organize the class in different groups of 5 members each. The cocept of the project was “How can design save the world?” and every group had to come up with an idea to get through and develop a final piece. our project was based on an OCD inspired lifestyle to improve nowadays society.
On my role, I designed a model of living space in how would a user of this new lifestyle live like.
To launch our campaign, the design of a living space according the needs of PROP Lifestyle Ltd. was crucial. Considering the importance of efficiency and enery safe, the model is designed to cover all of these needs. The windows orientation is due the Sun movement during the day, to get as much natural light as possible.
A minimal furniture design to provide the guests as much calm as possible. Brightness, freshness and organisation are the three principles of this campaign.

Book Cover Project
On this project we were asked to research book cover designs; the way they were designed, produced, material used for its outcome...
We had to choose from a Penguin book series to work out the final design. I picked Futureshock series as I could play around with conceptual design.
The book titles are 1984, Brave New Worldd and Fahrenheit 451.
Each book has its own concept and that helped me to evoke their own ‘personality’ using geometric shapes in a minimalistic design.

Typography Project
The project consisted in to choose a text provided by the tutors, to work out with a typographic narrative design.
Once chosen the text, we had to look at different words to work with. My chosen word was ‘Silence’. Working throughout researching silence, I found out a
conceptual way to build up a sort of code. Using three different elements, I am creating the meaning of some words and as an outcome: the feelings. This booklet-based final piece defines The Alchemy of Words and the birth of Feelings in a very minimalistic style.

Art Direction
A collaborative worshop that consisted in to use imagery as a tool of communication. The first part of the workshop consisted in to create, in couples, a composition using different images. At the same time we had to give a narrative to the artwork produced.
The second part of the workshop consisted in to use Instagram and to go around the faculty to take pictures. The aim of this activity was basically, to make something quotidian to something that really attracts attention in a visual way.
