As a KOMET SERVICE® Partner, we provide re-sharpening and re-coating of KOMET, JEL, DIHART tools, and all other tool brands. With local support and service, including pickup and delivery, we are trained by KOMET and are in the process of getting ISO-certified.

As a manufacturer of new cutting tools we offer regrind and sharpening services for all types of cutting tools including endmills, drills, taps, thread mills, reamers, milling cutters, slot cutters, counter sinks, router bits, and other cutting tools. All makes. All brands. All types.

Live Tool and Aggregate Head repair represents our core repair service capability. We repair all makes and models. Inspections and repair quotes are always free, and lead time is typically 1-2 weeks or less.

Increased efficiency can be obtained with various types of tool coating processes. We can coat all of our products as you require. Coatings primarily increase wear resistance, but they may also reduce cutting forces and temperatures at the tool edge.

We offer dynamic balancing for rotors, pulleys, shafts, spindle motors and all other types of rotating equipment up to 250 pounds. The process of “Balancing” is the removal or addition of weight to the unit such that its effective mass center line approaches the true axis.

Products

We offer several different types of motors for various applications. Typically, these are used in the woodworking, plastics, and metal working industries. They can, however, be used in various applications across several industries.

As part of our KOMET SERVICE® Partnership, we manufacture custom carbide cutting tools. Stock at our facility mainly includes standard English dimension endmills and cutting tools of various design.

We offer all types of spindles (pulley, block, cartridge, grinding, milling, drilling, routing, etc…) in various configurations and sizes. We have standard sizes and can make custom spindles to meet your specific requirements.

We make and sell Mistic Mist Cooling Spray Systems for cooling cutting tools. Our nozzle and valve design is said by customers to be the best in the industry. 1/2 Gallon to 50 Gallon sizes available. We also offer 4 types of coolants.

We utilize state of the art CNC equipment to provide profile blanks, form grinding services, OD and ID grinding services, profile and taper grinding, and plunge grind services. We can grind diameters as small as 0.010″ and as large as 3.00”.
