XTP Scientific objectives
Scientific Problems One Singularity (BH), Two Stars (NS and magnetar), Three Extremes (gravity, density, magnetism)
The effective area of focusing telescope has been confirmed to be the breakthrough capability of the merged mission.
The unique polarization measurement capability has been selected as the distinguishing feature. XTP will open a new window using its powerful capability of polarization observation.

The launch capability of the LM-3C for LEO mission into a 200 km circular orbit with an inclination of 28.5 deg is 9,100 kg.
