We are delighted that Wycombe Abbey School Hong Kong is going to be opening soon. Our first school in Hong Kong will be a primary school. Our aim will be to provide an outstanding primary school experience, where our pupils will enjoy the best possible educational foundation, drawing on the most successful features of primary educational practice from both East and West.

Wycombe Abbey is internationally recognised as a world leader in education, at the very top of the UK’s academic league tables it was ranked number one for academic results at A level in 2018. Wycombe Abbey was founded more than 120 years ago. The school’s reputation for academic rigour is well-established and results are consistently outstanding. We are committed to providing a very broad and varied programme of experiences and extra-curricular activities for every child. Our Years are primary 1-6, ranging from ages 5 to 10+. The age guidelines for entry to Wycombe Abbey School Hong Kong for the academic year 2019-2020 are as follows:

Admissions

To apply for entry to Wycombe Abbey School Hong Kong you will need to complete an online Application Form in Chinese or English and upload the required documents and photos.

You will find the instructions, a list of documents and further information on our fees on our website Admissions Page and Fees Page.

Once we have received your application, the Admissions team will check it and then invite you to bring your child for an Assessment appointment. Age-appropriate assessments will be conducted in English and Mandarin by senior educators and the results will be reviewed by our expert panel.

An interview with the Founding Headmaster will be offered to successful candidates and their families within 7 days of the Assessment.

Once a place has been offered, the School will expect prospective pupils and parents to confirm their intentions. If you wish to accept a place at Wycombe Abbey School Hong Kong you will be required to pay a deposit of the first term’s school fees. If no confirmation has been received within 10 days, the place will be offered to the next candidate on the waiting list.
