his skin is brown and crusty every-whereuntil he is slick and strongshiny and taught like a scarhe is a scarbut he doesn’t complain



And then I thought I was a graveand I thought I was a treeobviously I wasn’t either of those things I was the snowor at least in the snowFirst it started melting all around me
