Copy a File

Create an exact copy of a file, including all forms and documents, to easily set up a new offer for a buyer, or a repeat listing for a seller.
1.Click on the Transaction Menu
2.Click Copy
3.Enter a New Name for the new file (Note: the name of the copied file will be entered by default, so it is important to enter something new to differentiate the transations)
4.Click Copy

1.Use the Agent drop-down selection to assign ownership of this transaction to a different agent
2.Click Save
This can also be edited at a later date by clicking on the transaction photo for a zipForm® Plus file.
