A. First of all, we have to establish the firewall policy of router, in LAN-2 we using Virtual Server to forward all the camera port access, please see below indicated.

B. After configured the router, please successively begin setup the Network setting of IP camera according with previous firewall policy for IP Address and HTTP Port.

C. Go back to CVPP/CVPL host of LAN-1 manual insert the account information of remote IP camera into the camera list.

D. To change the video profile for RTSP/HTTP protocol, and later CVPP/CVPL will to capture streaming by http port.

E. After completed above settings, you could begin monitoring remote station by CVPP.

a) If you want to monitoring many IP camera with CVPP/CVPL over different LAN, please be sure check your network bandwidth whether enough for this case.

b) The mentioned parameters and network settings in this sample are according to our network environment, please carefully to modify meet your real-world application.
