• Additional employment & skills advice to service users – council, health, education, children's services

• Additional job outcomes to mainstream JCP provision – currently about 2000 jobs per year through Employment Zone and other contracts

• To Residents - a professional quality service, employment advice & brokerage, work placements, guaranteed interviews

• Quality - delivery partners and providers will meet a quality threshold in delivering professional focused relevant and inclusive services

• Guarantee work placements - Directorates accommodating programme beneficiaries on work placements interviewing programme beneficiaries who are assessed as “job-ready”

• Work Trials – Disabled People – a co-ordinated scheme with HR, Employment & Skills Team and specialist training providers offering a two week work trial with the council leading to possible jobs

• Schemes co-ordinated by Employment & Skills Team liaising with HR
