Clubs of Area B42
• Indian Head – 14 members, 6 over 10 years
• Yorkton – 12 members, distinguished last year @ 20, like new club this year – 6 returning members, only 3 with over 1 year experience
• Moosomin – 6 members, 4 over 10 years, have not renewed yet as < 8

Geographic rural challenges
• Inter-club bonds a struggle due to distances (currently non existent)
• Distance makes it challenge to associate far reaching clubs with Regina based programs
• Some individual members distance challenged just to attend club meetings
• Help via Regina huge commitment in time and travel – if requested (DG to Yorkton for COT)
• Severe winter weather compounds issues

What I have committed
• View this as 2 year project • Grow clubs, ensure program solid - stabilize• Increase visits to 1 or 2 per month
(act as AG/Mentor/Coach)• Create bond to Division thru AG personal
contact, remove the “Guy from Head Office”• Introduce my replacement early into term to
ensure fluid transition (Ast Gov Marc Bieri)

• Local newspapers – IH current, M plan• Local organizations – M current• Facebook – Y, M• Speechcraft – Y contemplating• Word of mouth invites – Y, M, IH
Moosomin C of C presentation has solicited guests
Yorkton experiencing good guest visits

Club Extension
• Low on my radar, but potential in Melville• May conflict with Yorkton drawing area• Strengthen Yorkton before attempting Melville
(plus need to encourage/create next DTM hopefuls to act as Mentor/Sponsors)
• Possibly late spring 2015, probably 2016
