Journal SlideDear Journal,
Today I received a message that my cousin had died in the battle of Bulge. I was devastated but I held in my emotions for my kids. I didn't want them to see me like this. last night i talked to my husband and i told him that i wanted to have a memorial for my cousin. He thought it was a great idea. So I told him that i wanted everyone to gather around his favorite place. The willow tree in the field about a half a mile away from his house. That day i went to the store and bought balloons for everyone. I thought it would be a good idea to write a message on them and send them up to him in heaven.
