Introduction

In November 2014, Transport Topics released its annual list of the Top 25 Freight Brokerage Firms in the less-than-truckload shipping industry. For the second consecutive year, the prestigious list included Worldwide Express (WWE), an international package and freight-shipping firm based in Dallas. An online trucking and freight transportation industry publication, Transport Topics makes its yearly selections based on the volume and scope of freight services offered by each firm.

WWE Recognized

Ranked 11th in 2013, WWE rose to seventh place on the 2015 list after a year of successful business growth.

WWE works with a network of industry-leading carriers to facilitate over 13 million shipments annually. Mike Grayson, the firm’s senior vice president of operations, attributed its recent expansion to the strength of these professional partnerships, as well as WWE’s value proposition. Additionally, he commended the dedication of the firm’s franchise owners, who oversee local operations at more than 150 locations throughout the United States.
