IMS has been an industry leader for over 30 years and we are now expanding our service to vessel owners with existing hydraulic and electric doors. IMS now offers safety upgrades via our microprocessor control cards, laser safety strips and routine service contracts.IMS has designed the latest technology into our new microprocessor control cards. The replacement of existing control cards, in conjunction with the installation of our Laser Safety Strips will assure you of the highest safety and operational standards in the industry. This new technology is also available for deliveries on future vessels.

Control Cards:-Closing/ opening speed can be programmed independently (Electric doors).

-Operational parameters easily set on touchpad controls.

-Line Monitoring: Alarm indications at control card display, mimic panel, and onboard computer system for: • Motor • Proximity switches • Safety strips • All essential switches/sensors-Indicate faulty input sensors.

-Ability to control the power and torque of motor and register any variances.

-Dry contacts for all alarms and VDR.

-Immediate display status of alarm alert.

-Hour meter for system maintenance with alarm indication.

-Safety strip function integrated in the card.

-Automatic stop at 1200 mm for sea mode.

-Motor resets automatically after obstacle is determined/interferes.

-Power conservation mode for all doors to limit door opening, thus sparing power for all unused doors.

-Control Card has the ability to withstand a surge on the motor. (Board circuit protection).

Watertight Sliding DoorIMS specializes in labor saving fl ush sill solutions.

The F12 door has a threshold of only 12mm without cutting in the deck. This is due to the patented rubber sealing system on the door.

For areas with fl oating fl oors, we have a model called AH. This can be ordered with a threshold in the same thickness as the fl ooring. This gives a total fl ush solution with no extra work for the yard.

The F12 and AH (adjustable height) doors are available in electric/hydraulic and fully electric versions.
