The Order will come into operation on the 1st day of March 2015 and a copy of the Order together with plans indicating the particular car parks may be examined at the offices of PembrokeshireCounty Council County Hall Haverfordwest during the usual office hours.Any person who desires to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any

THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (BRAMBLE HILL (C3062), NEAR ROCH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2015NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.The Order is necessary so that highway drainage works can be carried out in the narrow carriageway near the property known as The Bramble.

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic, other than exempted vehicles, from proceeding along that section of Bramble Hill (C3062), from a point at Roch Bridge,north to its junction with the access lane leading to the property known as Pantier.The alternative route for traffic will be via Roch Hill (C3062), A487, class III (C3010) Penycwm to Rhydygele crossroads road, and the U3063 and C3062 roads from Rhydygele crossroads to Eweston.It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Monday 26 th January 2015, and remain in f orce for a duration o f approximately 3 weeks.Pedestrian access will be maintained together with vehicular access to property located either side of the works area.
