From: Elizabeth P. Grider Sent: Monday, march 15, 2012 To: Robert. B. Davidson Subject: Possible Change of Friday Meeting Location This memo is concerning our Friday meetings at Coasters. The location of our Friday meetings at Coasters is a long-lived tradition here at Civil Engineering Associates of Purvis, Ohio. These meetings are essential for our firm to run smoothly and efficiently, but I feel as though I must bring attention to an important concern of mine. After attending a few of these lunches I have decided that I do not believe this is the proper work lunch meeting environment. Due to the excessively revealing clothing and inappropriate demeanor of the waitresses this location has the ability to make employees feel uncomfortable. I fully understand that the purpose of these meetings is to relax and enjoy each other’s company as well as discuss important business topics but this can be done at many other local restaurants with a more professional atmosphere. There are several restaurants neighboring Coasters that I believe would be suitable such as Chili’s or Hickory Tavern. Another suggestion is that we order Coasters carry- out and hold the meeting here at the office. As a new partner I am suggesting this for myself and any other new partners to come. I greatly appreciate your consideration on this sensitive topic and I hope we can discuss this soon and find a compromise that works for everyone here at the firm. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Elizabeth P. Griger Elizabeth P. Grider
