1. Thus saith the Lord Jesus Christ, theBeginning and the End, the God over allcreation, who reigns in the heavens above andover all nations of the earth, who is known asJehovah Christ, even Son Ahman, who shallappear in His great glory in the power of Hismight to all surviving nations, and build upNew Jerusalem in fulness as the governing cityof heavenly power to rule over all nations fora thousand years, as thy Lord descends withthe resurrected saints and the saints on earthwho are lifted up into the cloud of His glory, todescend with Him to earth to be the governingpower over the earth-

2. I, the Lord, speak to the nation of Latvia:3. Repent ye! yea, the leaders thereof moreespecially, and do not allow contention among

thee, lest violence come upon thy borders andyou be a conquered nation again, as you hithertohave been.4. And let there be peace proclaimed towardother nations.5. And repent ye of the murder of unbornchildren in thy legal allowance, and alsoallowing Sodom and adultery and immorality tobe rampant among thy peoples;6. And have laws that forbid these evils; andprosecute those who are guilty, and do not alloweven leaders to continue in this wickedness inthy borders and in thy nation.7. I, the Lord, am the God of truth, and seeand know all things, and shall judge all peoples,and am soon to appear in my glory.8. And whirlwind judgments shall first

remove the more wicked of all nations fromearth, preserving the more righteous.9. And I shall be justified inwhirlwind judgments upon theenations who heed not my word.10. Thus I give you my warning, for theappearing of thy God hath been published tothee, and I have sent to your leaders, yea, and tocommon man, my publishings of my warningsto the leaders of nations, that the peoples of theearth may know I have spoken from the heavens.11. And these great evils, these heinouscrimes of murder of unborn children, and ofsecret combination murders by many leaders

of nations, must be done away, or they will beremoved fTOm power unto an eternal judgmentas I remove them from the earth in the judgmentsof a just God coming upon a wicked generation.

12. Thou knowest my word through Isaiah,and through John the Beloved, apostle,saith Jesus Christ, whose words these are,through His servant on earth, given to yourunderstandings, 0 ye leaders and peoples of thenation of Latvia;13. For you shall be consumed as a nationand be a nation no more if you continue in thesesins, when you have had time of self-governingnature to purge these evils from your nation.14. And if ye heed me not, I shall removethat ability to be an independent people fromyou, and you shall be a tributary people to agreater power on earth until I, the Lord, freethee when my message of salvation comes tothy people and the peoples of those, the nations

that sunound thee, that bring thee under theirsubjection, and they also feel the lo'v'e-givingmessage of thy Lord, a message of salvation, ofeternal worth.15. Thus saith the Lord: Repent ye of theseevils, that I may preserve you as a people againstthe time of my coming to New Jerusalem, yea,the place appointed on the land ofAmerica.16. My Zion shall rise, and there shall bea new era of peace and righteous govemment,equity and justice served, nobleness of purposelived, an exalted way oflife, of my revealing.17. I have already sent my publishings toyou leaders of the nations, and this nation ofLatvia, containing my policies of government.18. Study these policies, that you may be wellprepared with your own laws already amendedand conected to preserve viliue, innocence,and life, yea, even the lives of unborn children,which murder shall be the shedding of innocent

blood, judged in an etemal judgment in the dayof the resurrection.19. I am the Resunection and the Life; and asI raised Lazarus from the grave, to the knowing

of the Jewish nation, so do I raise all people fromthe grave according to their worthiness and timeappointed; for it is in my scriptures that the firstresurrection is for the righteous.

20. Thereafter cometh the secondresurrection, where even all the wicked shallstand before thy God and be judged for deedsdone in the flesh while on earth.21. And none can escape my eternal eye,yea, my all-seeing eye; and you shall be yourown accusers as your mind is unlocked in theday of judgment in the resurrection, when thyLord standeth to judge all.22. Be ye believing to that degree that youwill conect your lives and your la\vs of nationalgovemment and local govemment to be of ajustice and a kindness to your people.23. Let there not be oppression or tyrannyby those in authority toward thy population.24. Let there be freedom ofworship allowed,that my message of salvation may come to thypeoples and you be blessed of thy God to be asurviving nation through great judgments thatwill sweep many nations clean ofall wickedness.25. I, the Lord, have spoken it.26. And if you will thus clean the inside ofthe platter, even your own peoples and laws andgoverning ways, I shall preserve thee againstthe oppression of other neighboring nations.27. And if thou heed me not, it shall befulfilled even as I have said. Amen.

- We, the undersigned witnesses, bear testimony to the leaders and peoples of Latvia, and to thepeoples of all the earth, that these are verily the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, revealed throughHis authority on earth, the Spirit bearing record; and we give our names to all as witness that JesusChrist cometh in His glory soon, and also shall judge all peoples. And He is the God of glory,having the right to rule as the God of Creation over all the earth, whose message of salvation willsoon be sounded and heralded to all peoples. And we only seek, in oneness with His great, eternalmission, the salvation of souls; giving our names to you as witnesses these are verily true, thesewords of God, be fulfilled.
