In line with its fields of competence (Edu-cation, Science, Culture and Communi-cation), ISESCO has redoubled efforts to contribute to bridging the digital divide be-tween its Member States and the developed countries.During the Second Ministerial forum on Science, Tech-nology and Innovation in Africa, held in Rabat, Mo-rocco, 14-17 October, 2014, ISESCO agreed to take part in WSA regional initiative focusing on creativity, en-trepreneurship and mobile solutions with a strong and social impact in Africa, which was a successful event. ICTs, when used wisely, offer great opportunities for the Muslim World with 50% of its population is under the age of 25 and most of them are digital natives.
