I work for Ford Motor Company at the St. Louis Assembly Plant. This is where I met Ardeth. Ardeth works for a yard management company, which Ford contracted to keep track of the semi, trailers while on Ford property. Since Ardeth and 1 work in the same office I have had occasion to observe her in interaction with her supervisors and co-workers and have been impressed by her degree of professionalism. On more then one occasion I've witnessed Ardeth asked by her supervisors to train new employees on their computer system. I think that this fact that her supervisors would place this responsibility on her shoulders shows how they felt about her expertise at her job. She never had a problem going that extra step to help someone. I, myself, have needed to verify a trailer number quickly and what ever she would be doing, she would stop and immediately help me with my problem.
