Step 4

Unscrew five 3.6 mm Phillips #0 screws securing the circuit board.

The ribbon cables are adhesive attached to the case, use tweezers to VERY carefully pick themup. They will then lift up with the circuit board. Or desolder them at the bottom to separate from thecircuit board.

Melt the solder with an iron and used the tweezers to pull the wire upright.

You can pull the circuit board up and away from the wires once the wires are pointed up.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

Step 5

Unscrew eighteen 6.2 mm Phillips#0 screws and lift the black plasticplate from the case.

Step 6

Unscrew both 3.6 mm Phillips #0 screws holding the battery case to the back of the plastic plate.

Remove the battery from the battery case.

Original battery is ICR18650-30A. Its rated for 3000mAh, 6A continuous (2 C-rate).
