WRIT OF ASSISTANCE1

This matter comes before this Court seeking enforcement of its prior decisions infavor of The People of YHWH, the Plaintiffs.

The Plaintiffs seek to employ a Writ ancient in its application and consistent in itspurpose. In its origins, a Writ to assist the subjects of the King in fulfilling their duties tothe King, and in more recent times a mandatory injunction; (the) effect of which is tobring about a change in the possession ofrealty it dispossesses the occupant andgives possession to one adjudged entitled to it by the Court. (63 P2d 756, 759) 2 TheWrit of Assistance is a process issued by a Court of equity to transfer the possession oflands, title or possession to which the Court has previously adjudicated, as a means ofenforcing its decrees. (110 P2d 554,556)3

Accordingly, the Court Finds:

1. The People of YHWH have sought and obtained from the Court a decree ofDivorce wherein the Plaintiff was found to be entitled to sole right, claim andinterest, in and to all gifts, possessions and inheritance from Plaintiffs Father andDefendant was forever banned from the title, control or use of such gifts,possessions and inheritance. (Psalm 24:1, 115:16)

2. The People of YHWH have committed, and do continue to affirm theircommitment, to avoid any contact or participation with the Principality of Baaland its vast extensions, and to be trustworthy in the use of the gifts, possessionsand inheritance to which they are entitled.

3. The People of YHWH are entitled to the blessings of Abraham (Galatians

3:13-14). The Court holds that the blessings of the Plaintiffs Father are to makethe People of YHWH truly rich and He intends no sorrow or toiling to be added to

it (Proverbs 10:22). Additionally, this Court finds that the wealth accumulated bythose following the Defendants practices lawfully belong to the Plaintiffsremaining in right standing with this Court.

4. In addition to this Courts Decree of Divorce entered against the Principality ofBaal in favor of the People of YHWH as Plaintiffs, this Court finds that previous

proclamations of this Court support the issuance of this Writ of Assistance,including the following:a. The thief must repay sevenfold, and must give all the substance of his

house; (Proverbs 6:30-31). He must restore seven times what he hastaken.

b. The wicked man, though he piles up silver and has plentiful garments, thejust shall wear them and the innocent will divide the silver. (Job 27:13-17)

c. The Plaintiffs inheritance is from the Father who purposed only that HisHouse be filled with splendor because the silver is His, and the gold is Hisand it is to His House that he grants peace and prosperity (Haggai 2:7-9).

d. It is the will of the Father of the People of YHWH that the Plaintiffs alone

receive the treasures of darkness and the hidden riches of secretplaces. (Isaiah 45:2-3)

e. While the Defendant claims as his own vast possessions, this Court hasruled, and does here again rule that He that by usury and unjust gainincreaseth his substance, he shall gather it for him that will pity thepoor. (Proverbs 28:8) While the Defendant has gathered it, the Courtrules that he must give it to the People of YHWH who are good in Hissight. (Ecclesiastes 2:26)

The Highest Court having fully considered the Plaintiffs plea for a Writ ofAssistance to enforce its prior rulings and proclamations, and finding the request timely

made, does this day issue this Writ of Assistance on behalf of the People of YHWH,Plaintiffs:

1. Giving the People of YHWH power to gain wealth to confirm this CourtsCovenant to their fathers. (Deuteronomy 8:18)

2. Ordering that all those empowered by this Court to enforce its rulings andproclamations forthwith grant full assistance to the transfer of all wealth,possessions, properties and gifts belonging to the Plaintiffs as The People ofYHWH, to employ the Power and Might of this Highest Court to perform thisWord, calling into obedience all enforcement authorities to continue in thistransfer until it is fully completed and The People of YHWH are in

unchallenged possession. (Psalm 103:19-21) This Writ extends to all theextensions and manifestations of the Principality of Baal, however named ordesignated, known or hidden, and however related to this Prince of Demons.(Matthew 12:24)

It is the unlimited authorization of this Writ to bind the strongman and his entirehouse over which he has rule, to authorize the carrying off of all property in his

possession or delegated under him to any part of his principality or in any way related tohim, and to plunder his house (Matthew 12:29).

Therefore, let the Writ issue, and from this order there shall be no appeal.
