Heading
1.) The Heading includes the writer’s address and the date. The heading is written in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Greeting
2.) The Greeting is written under the heading at the left side of letter. It begins with a capital letter and ends with a comma. The greeting can be formal and in formal; for example, Formal: Dear Uncle Jim,Informal: Hi Joe, Greetings,
Body
3.) The Body is the information you are writing in your letter.
Closing
4.) The Closing is lined up directly under heading. It begins with a capital letter and ends with a comma; - Sincerely, - Love,
Signature
5.) The signature is your name written directly under the closing.
