Laura, I am NOT intentionally ignoring yours or Ryan’s instructions as it relates to production and the 90 minute priority turn time. As for the long length of time on “Wolf” review, I was making changes to checklist (per Marivel’s insight of errors) to coincide with the actual review. In speaking with Francine this morning, I thought I was covering myself with my detailed explanation of what was going, along with her response in terms of time constrains since the file is closing tomorrow; Obviously that was not the case based on her feedback from her to you. Nevertheless, I thought I communicated properly and had ample time to make the corrections. Most importantly, I want to reiterate that my focus is strictly on completing the review timely. I am really sorry for any not following procedures on “Wolfe” review regardless of my noble attempt to perfect our checklist. That will not happen again and thanks for all your help.
