Solution Flow — Check the solution flow to the floor. Solution Tank — Mix 8 ounces (250 ml) of vinegar with one gallon (4L) of warm water. Flush the solution tank and hoses. Inspect Casters and Drive Wheel Check casters and drive wheel for wear or damage. Lubrication Axle and Wheel Grease the drive axle and caster swivels with a white lithium grease. Tighten Connections — Tighten any loose bolts, screws or nuts. Clean Machine — Clean the machine with a general purpose cleaner. Equalize the batteries After the machine is fully charged, unplug the charger from the wall and charge the machine again. The battery charger should run for about two hours. NOTE: This step is for wet batteries only. If your batteries are sealed AGM batteries, you do not need to do this step. Vacuum Motor Filter Clean or replace vacuum motor filter. Inspect the brush motor carbon brushes Replace the carbon brushes if they are less than 1/2” long. Motor damage will occur if carbon brushes wear down too much. Revise las baterías — Observe debajo de cada tapa; hay tres celdas en una batería y se debe llenar cada celda. Añadir agua destilada hasta que el nivel del agua este aproximadamente a media pulgada desde arriba. Cubra las placas dentro de la batería, pero deje un espacio de aire entre el nivel del agua y los orificios de llenado de la batería.

Manguera de desagüe de la bandeja de la batería — Revise la manguera de desagüe. Precaución: Contiene ácido de batería. Deseche de acuerdo a las regulaciones locales y federales.

Terminales y Conexiones — Apriete los terminales de la batería que estén sueltos o las conexiones de cables.

Inspeccione las Ruedas y la Rueda de Trasmisión — Revise las ruedas y la rueda de trasmisión por desgaste o daños.

Lubricación del Eje y la Rueda — Engrase el eje de trasmisión y los cojinetes de las ruedas con grasa de litio blanca.

Apriete las conexiones — Apriete los pernos, tornillos o tuercas que estén sueltos.

Limpie la Máquina — Limpie la máquina con un limpiador para uso general.

Igualar las baterías — Después de que la máquina esté completamente cargada, desconecte el cargador de la pared y cargue la máquina de nuevo. El cargador de baterías debe estar en marcha durante unas dos horas. NOTA: Este paso es sólo para las baterías húmedas. Si las baterías están selladas AGM, no es necesario realizar este paso.

Filtro del Motor de Aspiración — Limpie o reemplace el filtro del motor de aspiración.

Inspeccione las escobillas de carbón del motor del cepillo — Reemplace las escobillas cuando estén a menos de 1/2 “ de largo (1.27 cm). El motor se dañará si las escobillas están demasiado desgastadas.
