• What as been done: – ALAT budget and HRI design agreed with ALAB
– LOI signed in February 2014 between ALAB and CG50
– Draft contract with KEOLIS proposed and discussed in 2015
– Layout and design of the HRI agreed with CUC and Keolis
• Next steps– Finalise the industrial organisation and budget
– Organise the tender if a tender is required
– Sign the contract between KEOLIS and ALAB if ALAB if selected
4 Rotterdam
• RET : – 2 busses ordered ; to be
refueled during the night at Rhoon HRS
– Contract close to signature with AL-Benelux
– Bus communication to add
• CONNEXXION– 4 busses– Modifications required @ Rhoon (storage and dedicated
dispenser) à costs to be added in 3EMotion– H2 price will depend on the operation contract duration
(3,5Y, 6Y, 8Y)

• RHOON HRS modification for CONNEXXION

• LONDON : – No change required, HRI compatible for 2 additional busses
• ROMA– ?
7 Contemplated new sites
• Leveraging cars HRS• VERSAILLES :
– HRS in the frame of H2ME2 located at AL R&D center– Modifications to be brought (similar to Rhoon) à costs to be
added in 3EMotion– 3 busses are envisioned
• Denmark – Nord Jutland– 2 busses considered @ Aalborg– 2 busses considered @ Mariagerfjord (Hobro)– HRS Aalborg to be modified (operated by CHN, an AL company)– HyBalance to be fitted with a bus dispenser @ Hobro– Modification costs to be added in 3EMotion
8 WP2 Tasks in the project
• T2.1 – Technical specifications– Specifications for HRI done, design and layout agreed with CUC– LONDON and RET: no HRI– Roma: HRI that need to be upgraded
• T2.2 – HRI Commissioning– Cherbourg: lead time < 15 months. No contract signed– All HRI decisions are pending
• T2.3 – Implementation and/or upgrading the HRI’s– CONNEXXION upgrading: solution is defined– Futur possible sites: 3 upgradings to be foreseen (Versailles,
HyBalance and Aalborg – CHN)• T2.4 – Regular operations and on-going measurements
– London only• T2.5 – Infrastructure scale-up and commercialisation
