    WecalluponthememberstatesoftheUnitedNationstourgentlyset

    upaninternationalindependentinvestigationintothecomplete

    conductoftheSriLankanStateagainsttheTamilNationandspecifically

    callforaninvestigationofWarCrimes,CrimesagainstHumanity,and

    theCrimeofGenocideagainsttheTamilpeople.

    Weurgetheleadersoftheinternationalcommunityandtheglobalcivil

    societyto:1)Takeimmediatestepstoprovideforspaceforfreeflowof

    informationthatwouldbringtolightastothegroundrealitiesprevailing

    intheNorthandEastoftheIslandofSriLanka.2)Tostopdecimationof

    theTamilNationbytheSriLankanState.3)TostopSinhalisationofthe

    TamiltraditionalHomeland.4)TodemilitarizetheTamilPeoples
