Key features

Brings together broadband supply and demand using Google Maps as the geospatial foundation

The map was developed on an open source platform using Javascript and PHP. The code is available for reuse under a BSD licence.

Supply data is voluntarily provided by 22 different network providers, with some restrictions on data use

Demand data covers Health (hospitals, pharmacies, doctors), Education (schools, colleges, early childhood centres), national and local government agencies.
