GTP Wind Vehicle The concept behind Grand Touring Prototype Student Competiton is that a fictional manufacturing company has contracted a design team to develop a small formula racing style IceBoat / LandYacht.
The prototype race Ice Boat / Landyacht is to be evaluated for itspotential as a production item. The targetmarketing group for the race car is the nonprofessional weekend iceboat/land yacht racer. Eachstudent team designs, builds and tests a prototypebased on a series of rules whose purpose is both to ensureonsite event operations and promote clever problemsolving..
