It is about time, that we talk. The reason why this number is increasing in India is
because nobody has the time to talk to each other in India. The monotonous
routine of round the clock work and the ambition of over achievement has led to
the increase in the number of person by 36% alone in the last year.
The symptoms of depression are very easy to observe:
• Loss of energy and enthusiasm
• Loss of WILL POWER
• Loss of appetite
• Loss of sleep/ lots of sleep
It is about time, We INDIANS begin to understand each other and appreciate each
other instead of looking down upon each other’s flaws, let us appreciate each
other this World HEALTH DAY.
LET’S TALK !
