My name is Boris Petrovic. I am the Network Coordinator of the Noosphere Forum. I represent the Noosphere

Spiritual-Ecological World Assembly in Serbia, the Nikola Tesla Society in Serbia and the Institute for NewCosmology and the Science of Time in Serbia.

The Noosphere connection is for the hyper-sensible creatures. The way of manifestation of the source of life, theprimordial thought towards a telepathic union of all living on Earth. Telepathic communion is forming through the

fine in KULT.UR, cultivating the light of the subtle human body through art forms creation and various vibrationand cosmic time synchronization practices. We are practicing of the Noosphere connection with uplink anddownload characteristics. We are already one where the dream world meets material reality. When the barriers of

complete shift in science. A spiritual science will teach about the underlying principles of connectivity of all living

beings and cosmic connectivity. Bringing the Noosphere constitution forward to emanation is a clear sign of cosmunity manifesting through humans on planet Earth.

The Noosphere Constitution provides a global platform and structure to strengthening spiritual ecology. Newmodels of self-sustainable communities practicing Noosphere connectivity are emerging worldwide, such as the

Restitution of natural resources and energy autonomy through open source energy technologies are keys to the

transition of global biosphere networks to the planetary Noosphere. The Noosphere Spiritual Ecological WorldAssembly will support the development of various biosphere models by advocating for establishing the

BIOSPHERE X-PRIZE. Only by resolving the planetary biosphere crisis can humans approach outer space
