Breathing in. Breathing out. I invite you to relax right where you are. Allow the chair to support you and feel your feet on the floor. There is nothing for you to do. Just ease into God and allow my words to be the words of your heart.

Right where I am, just as I am, I am enfolded in the love of Spirit. Spirit’s love fills me and surrounds me. It is the essence of who I am. There is nothing I can do to earn this love. It just is.

I let go of any distractions or concerns—any worries or doubts.

(What would it mean for me and my life if I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that God lives in me?)

I bring my attention within, to the place in me where I feel and know the presence of God. I am never separate from God. If I feel separate in any way, it is only an illusion. There is no limit to the love of Spirit that lives in me and as me. I am created in the image and likeness of Spirit. I am a God-being. I am filled with the wisdom, love, strength, and power of God.

And so, I inwardly ask: What would it mean for me and my life if I knew that God lives in me? If I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that God is my very essence?

I take some time in the coming minutes to reflect— to listen to Spirit. As inspiration comes to me, I write it down.

What would it mean for me and my life if I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that God lives in me? In the Silence.

(How would my life look if I were living every moment from my divine potential?)

I am one with Spirit. Spirit is all around me and I dwell in a field of infinite possibility. Spirit lives in me as pure potential. My life is an outer expression of the Divine within. And so, inwardly I ask: How would my life look if I were living every moment from my divine potential? In every aspect. My health? My work? My relationships? My plans? My spiritual life?

I tune in to the desires of my heart and I listen deeply.

How would my life look if I were living every moment from my divine potential in every aspect? In the Silence.

(What would it mean for my spiritual community [spiritual community, group, church, and so on] if everyone in it discovered the power within them and unleashed their divine potential?)

As I reflect on my own life, I also reflect on my community. What would my community look like if everyone claimed the power within them and lived from their divine potential? How would it look and feel? How would we be together? What would we accomplish?

I take some time now to reflect on God’s inspiration in my spiritual community. What would it mean for us if everyone discovered the power within them and unleashed their divine potential? In the Silence.

I now turn my attention to reflecting on the world. What would the world look like if everyone discovered the power within them and unleashed their divine potential? This beautiful planet of ours, with 7.5 billion people, what if each person knew that God lives in them? What if each person lived every day from their divine potential? What would the world

look like? How could we work together? How could peace unfold?

I reflect on these questions and open to Spirit’s inspiration. I record thoughts as they emerge. What would the world look like if everyone discovered the power within them and unleashed their divine potential? In the Silence.

God is a love that has no end and a power that knows no bounds. When I remember that God’s presence lives in me and as me, I let go of worry and fear. Self-doubt disappears and I trust the power of God within me. I boldly step forward into the field of divine potential. I act with strength, kindness, and compassion to bless the world and all my loved ones. Gratefulness fills my heart as I affirm harmony, peace, kindness, and acceptance for all people everywhere.  

And so it is. Amen.
