The Workshop on Rail Technology is an international event held to let students and young scientists, interested in rolling stock and railway enigineering, to network, exchange experience and learn more about railways, rolling stock and it’s industry.

The Workshop on Rail Technology is organized annually since 2009 in cooperation between Technische Universität Berlin and Politechnika Poznańska. Due to high interest, the event was extended in 2016 to Technische Universiteit Delft to expand student networking even further. This expansion was a great succes, and this is why the TU Delft decided to host the Workshop on Rail Technology in 2017!

So, what does this workshop looks like?• Presentations of every participating

university• Lectures of leading specialists from

university and industry• Technical visits to companies and

research instistutes• Workshops to discuss excisting railway

problems• Social events to get to know your

collegues and have a good time

If you are a student or a young scientist working on rail projects, willing to exchange experience and learn more about railways and rolling stock, do not hesitate to contact us or the Workshop coordinator at your university and join us in Delft in November 2017!

All participants will be provided with accomodation and meals!
