Our S-Beam Trolleys are designed with your applications in mind. Economical, durable and expandable, our festoon cable trolley runs on various size S-beams (S3 x 5.7, S4 x 7.7, S6 x 12.5 - consult factory for other beam sizes). These trolleys roll on 4 steel ball bearing wheels that have a static load capacity of 1000 lbs. each. This provides a rolling capacity of 154 lbs at 262 ft per minute. Multiple cable saddle configurations provide a variety of cable carrying options for single or dual flat cable or round cable.

T-Track Heavy Duty Festoon Cable Systems are specially designed for applications where a more robust system is required to support heavier loads at wider support spacings. Made of a high strength aluminum extrusion, these systems are rugged enough to handle the most demanding applications.

The track is supplied in convenient lengths which simply bolt together with a heavy duty joint assembly, and it can be curved to a minimum of 48” (1.2M) at various angles if required. The trolleys roll along the outside of the track, which allows for easy inspection and changing of the rollers. These trolleys utilize the same rugged, field proven rollers that are used on the C-Track trolleys, and they are supplied with anti-lift rollers as a standard feature. All standard trolleys feature durable steel wheels.

Hanging tool ManagementTool Balancers provide a simple means to reduce manufacturing and assembly costs by keeping tools in an easily accessible place at workstations and protecting expensive tools from damage. A Tool Balancer can help reduce worker fatigue and repetitive motion injuries by reducing the apparent weight that a worker must handle in repetitive assembly operations. A properly set-up Tool Balancer will make a heavy tool seem nearly weightless and will enable an operator to pull a tool down from an overhead mount, perform assigned tasks quickly and efficiently and return the tool to it's overhead storage position with little or no effort. Tool Balancers shown on this bulletin can accommodate tools weighing from 0.5 to 187 lbs.

Hubbell Cord reels - Auto-Spring rewindThese reels are ideal for a wide variety of industrial applications and can be mounted on the wall, ceiling or under a work bench. Reels are available with your choice of end effectors: single or dual receptacles, and incandescent or fluorescent handlamps with cord lengths from 25 feet to 70 feet. All reels include an adjustable cord stop, automatic spring rewind, a multi-position cord guide with four rollers and four foot long supply cord with a grounded plug. Reels are supplied with a ratchet locking device which will maintain a desired length of cord. Operator pulls from reel to engage lock, after task is completed a slight pull of the cord will disengage lock allowing cord to be retracted into the reel. Maximum installation height is 16 feet.

Wire rope FestoonWire rope festoon systems are designed for limited travel distance and speed applications and are ideal for use on jib cranes. These systems feature easily installed fiberglass reinforced nylon trolleys with zinc plated steel cable or hose saddles. Each kit includes 2 tension brackets, 1 tow arm, 1 tow trolley, 1 end clamp and intermediate trolleys per kit chosen. In addition, kits include sufficient 1/4" wire rope for system length and all hardware required for hanging and tensioning. Provision must be made to support system at each end. Recommended loop depth is 36". Systems do not include electrical cable or connectors.

HUBBell CABle/HoSe CArrIerS guide and protect power and control cables and hoses connected to moving machinery. One end of the carrier is fastened to a stationary base and the other end is fastened to the moving machine. Three types are available: Open with fixed top, open with snap-open top to ease cable/hose installation and enclosed with fixed top to provide protection from chips, dirt, etc.

BASIC KItS (C) include enough trak to form the curve and provide for three ft. of machine travel (standard mounting) or six ft. of machine travel (center mounting). Mounting hardware is included.

extenDerS (D) include one foot of trak only; hardware is not included. Extenders are inserted into the BASIC KIt to provide additional travel and required overall length. Links snap securely together. Individual links can be easily removed with a screwdriver to provide custom length.

SeleCtIon1. WInDoW: See columns A & B below. Select trak that accomodates height and width of cable or hose bundle.

2. trAVel: Measure machine travel. Determine if fixed point of trak is to be at end (standard mount) or in center of machine travel. See drawings at left.

3. orDer trAK: A. BASIC KIt (C)
