Introduction

• The Lab Services consultant is given keyboard and

root/administrator level access to the scheduling

servers, or the required information (DB extract) is

provided to the Lab Services consultant to conduct the

assessment.

• The Lab Services consultant is given access to

scheduling and other relevant IT staff to conduct

interviews and understand administrative and

operational aspects of the scheduling environment.

• All hosts, storage systems, and scheduling targets are at

supported levels of operating system and patch level for

the version of Workload Automation to be deployed.

• All prerequisite software is installed and configured to

meet requirements.

• Scheduling object definitions are imported as-is without

any optimization or enhancement.

• A Project Manager is assigned by the client who serves

as the focal point for all communication and has the

authority to act on behalf of the client in all matters

regarding the project.

on Cloud (SaaS).

• We provide assistance, education, and a fully converted

scheduling environment based on Workload Automation

reporting needs or other interactions with existing

schedulers.
