A worship service depends on Greeters, Ushers, Nursery Workers, Band Members, etc . . . .

And they need to know what their roles are and when they are needed.

Working with their availability and keeping them informed is a mighty task.

All your volunteers type in their availability and what role they would like and then you can easily schedule each volunteerfor each service.

Click a button and the online planning calendar sends out an email to each volunteer.
They can accept or reject their schedule by clicking a button.
Each participant types in their availability. When you schedule practices and events, you can see who is available and who isn’t. Press a button and the software sends an email to everyone telling them what their role is and when all the practices and events are. They respond by accepting or rejecting the schedule. So you know who is coming and who needs replacing.
Everyone is notified !
