    Reports to Human Relations department and the business unit. Provides expert level consulting to Management ondevelopment of the labor negotiations strategy, interpretation and administration of Collective Bargaining Agreem

    Researches and analyzes current industry trends and recommend best practice methodologies to implement relativeconomic and non-economic issues during the course of the collective bargaining process. Utilize Continuous

    Improvement Tools to achieve business unit goals, objectives and key initiatives through the design and delivery ostrategic solution. Represents the company during non-economic negotiations and participates in economic negotiaProvides work direction and coaching to Labor Relations Specialists.

    Key Accountabilities- Identify, develop and implement strategies to address issues through the negotiation process, or by facilitating rethrough the union/management partnering relationship.- Represent the company position throughout the grievance and arbitration processes.

    - Function as an Internal Hearing Officer for Step 3 hearings.- Respond to NLRB charges including, where necessary, expert testimony.- Serve as a subject matter expert for the handling of all labor/management issues.- Provide advice in the administration of disciplinary actions.- Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements, Corporate Policy & Procedures.

    - Assist in responding to unionization drives.- Develop and deliver training to Management, Union and Staff on the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).- Lead business unit negotiations and participate in Local 223 Labor Negotiations.

    Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or related field required. Advanced degree in HuResources and Labor and Industrial Relations preferred.

    - At least Seven (7) years experience in the area of Human Resources Management, Labor and Employee RelatioPreference will be given to individuals with the predominance of HR experience in Labor Relations.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to prepare, organizing and deliverin
