About Access Medical Group Access Medical Group (AMG) is an independent practice association (IPA) with more than 25 years of experience providing care to Santa Monica, Marina del Rey and surrounding communities. AMG specializes in internal and primary care medicine. As one of the first IPAs to offer members direct access to specialists, we are committed to responding to prior authorization requests in 24 hours or less. Our primary care and specialty physicians are highly accomplished in their respective fields. Our experienced nurse case managers assist physicians caring for patients with complex medical needs. We are personally committed to working with our members to attain their optimal health and help them maintain it over the years. Access and convenienceAccess Medical Group makes it easy to access care when you need it.
• We offer same-day and Saturday appointments through our urgent care network.
• We provide easy access to other treatment centers when care is so complex that it cannot be handled by an AMG specialist.
• For inpatient care, members will be directed to Providence St. John’s Health Center.
