• We are moving more towards Software tools (Linkedin, Meetup.com, “Tinder”, google analystics) and events (hackathons, slush, exhibitions, EU-info days) to find a partners
– Still Collaboration happens between people and it is important talk.
• Challenge: Partnering is a trend. Important to understand why you are doing it.
• Action item1. Next time you meet a new potential partner: Consider the partner as equal. At least for while.

innovation has different roles in different cases • Making choices between short term (operative issues) goals and
longer term (innovation) goals.
