KAPLAN COLLEGE now offers a training program to become an Oilfield Production Worker. TAFT COLLEGE now offers classes specific to the Oilfield Industry: Intro to Energy, Intro to Petroleum Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health Standards, Emergency Response Technical Training, and Hazardous Waste & Materials. CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, BAKERSFIELD (CSUB) now offers a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering.

Incentive to Upgrade Your Workforce

Employers looking to promote or upgrade a current employee’s position can save money by utilizing our “OJT Upgrade” Program. The “OJT Upgrade” allows the employer to enhance a current employee’s skills while taking advantage of the OJT 50% reimbursement. 15
