WorkFlow Management Modules Automate Virtually Any Sales, Customer Service, Recruitment, Advisor, and Marketing Process Each Workflow includes a series of Steps necessary to complete the process from start to finish. Each Step results in an action such as the printing of a letter, the scheduling of a telephone call, to-do appointment, etc. A contact in a Workflow can be moved to another Step automatically, or by contingency upon entering a pre-determined outcome.
