Using Nintex Workflow, CEDP has transformed a manual auditing register and army of spreadsheets into an online rules-based system where collaboration, transparency, and shared leadership are underpinned by school-level tracking, automation, and organisational learning. Streamlining processes at UNSW Business School using Nintex Workflow and FormsPresented by: Ricky Barclay, Intranet Manager, UNSW Business School and Yugan Yugaraja, Senior Consultant, EmpiredThe UNSW Business School has commenced a journey to streamline many of its paper-based processes across its disparate groups and functions. In particular, the paper-based process was impacting the HR function as paper forms could be misplaced, with the hiring manager and HR not being able to track the status of a request. Via a joint project, the Business School’s Marketing, ITS, and external vendor, Empired, Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms were chosen in conjunction with SharePoint 2013 to create an automated process and enable the university to employ the correct staff in a timely manner.
