The granite and guartz pebbles are subrounded to subangular, thegranites are commonly 1/4" to 3 ir in diameter, with a lesserfraction of 3" to 6" large pebbles. The quartz fraction isfiner in size 1/4" to l 1/2" in digrey simatrix,

amete". l.ia whole is in a darkliceous, poorly sorted medium grained, massive greywackev/itn scattered traces of sulphidts.

Polymictic with greywacke matrix, essentially the same as lastabove, but with a few pebbles of diabase and small pebbles ofred jasper. Sulphides chalcopyrite, pyrite and trace amounts ofpyrrhotite commonly occur in the vicinity of the conglomeratepebbles as well as irregularly distributed within the matrix.

Thesulphides are mainly pyrite with very minor pyrrhotite.

Medium grey, the arenaceous fraction is fine-grained and containsup to 15X very coarse sand size to granule-sized quartz grains.free floating the greywacke matrix.At 4699'6" to 4700' there is a 6" thick bed of granule sizequartz qrains that form a micro conqlomerate.At 4704' is a 2" thick band similar to that described above, butalso contains -quartz pebbles 1/2" to 1-1/4" in diameter.This entire unit 4693' to 4710' has scattered small specks ofpyrite, chalcopyrite and pyrrhotite throuqhout.

Medium grey, the arenaceous fraction is fine to very fine-grained,dense and compact. The greywacke forms the main host rock andcontains a few scattered larqe boulders. The top 1'6" of thisunit fs a single large meta-arkose boulder. The boulder Iscomposed of fine to medium-grained and crystalline quartz, about25X medium-grained and in part crystalline feldspars and about 4Xferromagnesian minerals as very small flaky masses.At 4713' to 4715'fi H are two meta-arkose rnbhlo* ?" and 5" indiameter. " . . ......At 471 7 '6" to 4719' is a sinale laroe meta-arkose boulder T 6"in diameter.
