You’re not on your own...

We’ll train you to our exceptional house standard: you’ll be working alongside some of the best industry experts and top billers.We work with training experts, month-in, month-out, to develop your skills both in groups and one-to-one.

When you start at WRS you’ll undertake 10 weeks of theoretical and hands-on training enabling you to discover your skills and develop relationships.And it doesn’t end there - monthly training allows you to constantly develop your techniques.

Your starting salary will be £18,000, but our uncapped commission means your on-target earning will be...

Y1: roughly £30,000Y2: expect to achieve £80,000 - £100,000.Y3: the sky’s the limit.
