Street, with 4. degree of professional qualification, MECHANICAL profession, (hereinafter: Employee) concluded ANNEX V TO WORK AGREEMENT No. 1218/1 dated June 11 th , 2007 Article 1 Reassignment of employee is performed due to process needs and business organization within Corporate Enterprise, to vacancy job. Article 2 of the above stated Agreement is modified and wording is the following: EMPLOYEE performs works 223 – HEAD OF GROUP FOR AUXILIARY DEVICES MAINTENANCE, DEPARTMENT FOR MAINTENANCE EXECUTION FOR TURBINE PLANT, MAINTENANCE EXECUTION SERVICE, MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT OF THERMAL POWER PLANT KOSTOLAC A, THERMAL POWER PLANT "KOSTOLAC A", POWER GENERATION DEPARTMENT which includes the following:

TO WORK AGREEMENT No. 1218/1 dated June 11th, 2007

Article 1

Reassignment of employee is performed due to process needs and business organization within Corporate Enterprise, to vacancy job.

Article 2 of the above stated Agreement is modified and wording is the following:EMPLOYEE performs works 223 – HEAD OF GROUP FOR AUXILIARY DEVICES MAINTENANCE, DEPARTMENT FOR MAINTENANCE EXECUTION FOR TURBINE PLANT, MAINTENANCE EXECUTION SERVICE, MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT OF THERMAL POWER PLANT KOSTOLAC A, THERMAL POWER PLANT "KOSTOLAC A", POWER GENERATION DEPARTMENT

which includes the following:- coordination with responsible employees of the team (Foreman, Head Engineer and

Engineer), and with responsible employees of operative preparation, for the purpose of solving issues regarding most complex mechanical works at TPP

- coordination with responsible employees from production department in order to provide conditions for work and conditions for devices start-up after repair; - direct control of protection measures application;

- provides special tools, fittings, spare parts and other preconditions for execution of tasks in terms of organization and transportation, orders supplies etc.;

- reviews technological documentation and participates within preparation of defect inspection lists for devices;

- organizes and performs most difficult mechanical works at TPP devices (dismantling and assembly of devices, centering adjustment, all types of measurements) during preventive inspection of devices, during regular and capital overhauls and repairs;

- quality control regarding performed works;

- organizes and cleans working area after performed work;- returns or organizes returning of unused material and spare parts to warehouse;- fills in work lists and work orders;

He is under obligation and is responsible for application of QMS procedures.He also performs other works ordered by direct manager.

Employee is under obligation to perform works from paragraph 1 of this Article, even during strike.
