With Mrs. Stewart’s first day being fast and furious with a
lot of faces to learn, she thought it was a good day overall.
You would have never thought that such a great teacher
would have struggled in school, but she did. She was a very
wiggly kid and dyslexic. One of her teachers in middle
school made her feel smart and she was inspired by that.
Mrs. Stewart said, “I wanted to be that teacher for some-
one else.” In middle school she wanted to be a veterinari-
an like many kids. Besides binge watching Netflix, her fa-
vorite thing to do outside of school is to read her favorite
books!
Thanks for all you do, teachers!

Dr. Gardner has had a great
year so far. He said that with his amazing group of
students his first day went very smooth. He also said
that he is looking forward to seeing his students ac-
complish great things this year. Although he’s a li-
censed chiropractor, things have not worked in that
direction. Therefore, God led him to teaching. Dur-
ing his life as a student he had amazing teachers. He
believes that their encouragement and support led
him to become the teacher he is today. In middle
school Dr. G wanted to be an astronaut, a world class
scientist, or a drummer in a rock band. Some things
he does to pass time is spending time with his be-
loved wife and playing golf whenever he has the
chance.
