Word - Diagrams – version XP
There are 6 different types of diagrams available in Word.
To insert a diagram in a document, choose Insert > Diagram.
Select the desired diagram from the Diagram Gallery, and then click OK.

#1 = Organizational Chart
Click in any box and type the desired text.
Single click to select the diagram. This will open the Organization Chart menu.
To add additional shapes, select a shape, and then make a selection under Insert Shape.
Use the Layout menu to change the arrangement of the shapes.
Click the Chart Style icon to select a different chart style.

Choose a new style and then click Apply.
To manually change the color of a shape, select it by clicking on its border. (An X in a circle
indicates that the shape is selected.) Right click and choose Format AutoShape.
Use the drop down arrow to select a new color.

#2 = Cycle Diagram
Click in any text area and type the desired text.
Single click to select the diagram. This will open the Diagram menu.
To add additional shapes, click on Insert Shape.
To rotate or reverse the diagram labels, use the tools indicated below.

Click the Chart Style icon to select a different chart style.
