Description:

The purpose of this project is to re-grade the vacant single family lot in an effort to restore the

land to the natural topography as well as to replant the site with a mix of trees, shrubs and

additional vegetation. The work included the removal of existing building pad and providing a

positive slope from the western property line to the yard inlet located along the northern property

line.

Project Overview:

• Excavation and removal of excess materials to provide positive drainage.

• Seeding all the disturbed areas with bio-retention and low growing land seed mix and mulch.

• Replant the site with a mix of trees and shrubs.
