Wood-Fired Baking Oven designed for
roasting meat, poultry and fish, with
solid wood fuel. Single phase electric
motor. The 4 spits are made of
S/S 18-10 Inox with 360 degree rotation
to cook meat quickly, fully with more
flavors and less fats.

Standard units are finished in painted sheet
(Custom Color)
Each grill features double grate, height adjustment
(by front levers), net surface area of 17.7” x 21.6”
Deluxe Customization includes chrome-plated
handrails and frames around drawers, additional lower
service drawer, S/S skirt at the bottom, and more.
All of these elements are used to enhance visual appeal
of the unit. Deluxe customization is available only for
painted sheet versions
