Lab 1- Building & Emulate a Procedure

1. Below is sample from a Rounds Sheet created in Excel. In this Lab, we will build these rounds using Procedure Builder in the Intelatrac Management Console (IMC) and complete the Rounds using Mobile Intelatrac. This can save time by eliminating the need for duplicate data entry, increase accuracy of data, provide “mobile on the job learning/knowledge transfer” of standard operating procedures, and provide greater operational visibility to increase reliability and maintain compliance. When Mobile Intelatrac is synced with the Intelatrac Server, completed rounds data will be immediately available for review in Intelatrac Auditor Plus and Intelatrac Web Reports. The data will also be available using the SQL Server Database, and can optionally be integrated with the Wonderware Historian and other process historians.

2. Open the Intelatrac Management Console (IMC). Double click on the IMC shortcut on the desktop

3. Login with the User ID: admin Password: admin

4. Under Content Management, click on Procedure Builder

Create a New Procedure 5. In the Procedure Builder Locator pane, right click on the Test2 Base and click New

6. At the bottom of the New Procedure window, configure the Procedure Revision window as follows: a. Title: WWTP Rounds b. Description: Wastewater Treatment Plant Rounds c. Advanced Tab

i. Options: Available On Demand (checked) ii. Role: SuperUser

7. In the Toolbox, under Procedure Items, drag the Task Group object to the WWTP Rounds procedure

9. Under Procedure Items, drag the Task object to the Headworks Task Group

10. Configure the New Task as follows: a. Title: Duperon HOA (Auto) b. Description: Is Duperon HOA in Auto? c. Data Type: Response Lists d. Response List: Yes/No

11. Repeat Steps 9-10 for the following New Tasks a. Title: Hose Duperon

i. Description: Did you Hose the Duperon? ii. Data Type: Response List

21. In the Influent Flow task, enter 6000 into the Number Field

22. Notice the Number Field turns Orange because 6000 is out of the Min/Max Range for Influent Flow GPM. Click the Down Arrow to proceed to the next Task. An Error pops up.

23. Click OK in the Error dialog box. Change the Number from 6000 to 5000. 24. Click the Down Error to proceed to the next Task 25. Select No for the Rag Bin and Garbage Dumpster Tasks 26. This is the End of the Procedure. Click on Tools: Close to Close Mobile Intelatrac – Emulation

Lab 2- Complete a Procedure with Mobile Intelatrac 1. In Procedure Builder Locator, under the Test2 Base, right click on WWTP Rounds and click Release

Note: Releasing the Procedure makes it available in Mobile Intelatrac

2. Hover your mouse to the top of the screen. Click on the Windows 10 x64 tab to switch to the Mobile Intelatrac Virtual Machine.

3. In the Mobile Intelatrac Virtual Machine (Windows 10 x64), double-click on the desktop icon, Mobile Intelatrac 2017 SP2 Note: Mobile Intelatrac is supported on Windows 10, iOS and Android devices

4. Login with the following information: a. Base: Test2 b. User: admin c. Role: SuperUser d. Password: admin

5. Click Log On 6. Click the Transfer button on the top right corner

7. The first time a Mobile Device Syncs with an Intelatrac Server, it must first be Activated on the Intelatrac Server

8. Hover your mouse to the top of the screen, and click on the Windows Server 2016 tab to switch back to the Intelatrac Server Virtual Machine

9. In the Navigation pane, under Administration, click on DeviceRegistration

10. Under Spare Mobile Computers, select DESKTOP-R3IS2MO-3bd5, and click Activate

11. Hover the mouse to the top of the screen and click on the Windows 10 x64 tab to switch to the Mobile Intelatrac Virtual Machine

12. Click Continue and Mobile Intelatrac will transfer any pending data to the Intelatrac Server

13. When the transfer is complete, click on Procedures On Demand

1. On the Hose Duperon task, Select Yes, and then click the right arrow button to advance to the next task 2. On the Influent Flow task, enter 6000, and notice the Value is out of range. 3. Change the value to 3000 and click the right arrow button to advance to the next task. 4. Select Yes for the Rag Bin and Garbage Dumpster tasks. 5. Select Yes to Complete the Procedure. 6. Click the Transfer Button to Sync with the Intelatrac Database

Lab 3- Auditor Plus

1. Hover the mouse to the top of the screen and click on the Windows Server 2016 tab to switch to the Intelatrac Server Virtual Machine

2. In the IMC Navigation Pane, expand Review, and click on Auditor Plus

Lab 4- Conditions & Messages

1. In Procedure Builder, open the WWTP Rounds, located in the Test2 Base, 1_Operations category 2. In the Toolbox, under Procedure Items, drag the Condition object to the Duperon HOA (Auto) task

3. Configure the New Condition as follows: a. Title: Duperon in Manual b. Data Filter: Alert c. Severity: 3 – Corrective Action d. Calculation Expression: Value = No

4. In the Toolbox, under Actions, drag the Message object to the Duperon in Manual condition

5. Configure the New Message as follows: a. Title: Switch to Auto Message b. Message: If the Duperon is not in Maintenance, switch from Manual to Auto Mode

6. In the Toolbox, under Procedure Items, drag the Task object to the Duperon in Manual condition

7. Configure the New Task as follows: a. Title: Was the Duperon HOA Set to Auto? b. Data Type: Response Lists c. Response List: Yes/No

9. If Validation is Successful, click OK, and click the Save icon

Note: if Validation is not successful, mouse over the highlighted object with the error for a tooltip

10. Click the Emulate button

Lab 5- Wonderware Historian Integration 1. In the Procedure Builder Toolbox, under Integrations, drag the Wonderware Historian object to the Influent

2. Enter the Tag Name: WWTP.InfluentFlow Note: the value can be associated with the Timestamp of the Task or with a Fixed Timestamp Note: the WWTP.InfluentFlow tag was previously created in the Wonderware Historian

4. In the Procedure Builder Locater, right click on the WWTP Rounds and click Release

5. Hover your mouse to the top of the screen, and click on the Windows 10 x64 tab to switch to the Mobile Intelatrac Virtual Machine

6. Click the Transfer button on the top right

7. When the Transfer is complete, click on Procedures On Demand

8. Under WWTP Rounds, click Assign to Me 9. Click the Right Arrow button on the bottom to start the rounds

10. In the Duperon HOA (Auto) task, select No

11. Click the right arrow button and notice the Message

12. Click OK, and the next Task is automatically displayed

13. Select Yes, and click the right arrow button 14. Select No on the Hose Duperon task, and click the right arrow button

15. On the Influent Flow task, notice the previously logged value is 4000, which is the value we entered during the Override in Auditor Plus.

16. You can view the historical data in a Line Chart by click on the Chart icon

17. Click on the List icon (next to the Chart icon) to switch back to the Task View

18. Type in 5000 and click the right arrow button 19. Select Yes for the remaining Tasks (Rag Bin & Garbage Dumpster) 20. Click Yes, to Complete the Procedure 21. Click the Transfer button to Sync with the Intelatrac Server

22. Hover your mouse to the top of the screen, and click on the Windows Server 2016 tab to switch to the Intelatrac Server Virtual Machine

23. Click on the Auditor Plus tab and click Get Data 24. Notice there was a Highest Severity of Corrective Action

25. Double Click on the new Row 26. Check the box to Get History Automatically

27. Click on the Influent Flow task to view the data in a Chart

29. Name the file, Flow, and save it to the Desktop 30. Minimize the IMC (Intelatrac Management Console), and open the Flow excel document located on the

desktop 31. Click the close button on the Microsoft Office Activation Wizard and view the Excel report

32. Close the Excel document 33. On the Desktop, double click on the Insight shortcut
