Similar and yet different…new menu links along the left side of

the screen.

You will see the new ‘Disclaimer’ window after logging in. The text is confined to a scrolling window while the confirmation button displays outside the window.

Note, the main menu links to the left start to expand as the user logs in.

•After logging in you will see the new ‘Greeting’ page. This page identifies the user, the date and time of log on. • An option to change your password as well as notification of your current password duration is displayed. •You will now find the full list of your permissions displayed on the menu. •Messages relating WNYHealtheNet will be posted to this site.

•You will see a cleaner, a more compact Eligibility Request viewing area. •The entire page can be viewed without scrolling up or down. •Holding down the Ctrl or Option key allows up to 10 Service Types to be selected at once.•The Eligibility ‘Help File’ is accessed through a single source at the top of the page.

The Eligibility Detail screen is laid out in easy to view sections. Bolder type makes reading easier for the user.

…a collapsible list of the patient’s benefits. You click on a service, it opens revealing benefit information like Deductibles, Co-pay and Network levels. Clicking on that same service collapses the line.

You will see a more user-friendly Provider display section. 1. Place the cursor on a name. 2. Click. 3. Selection is that easy.

Additional features: •Larger more spacious user form, cleanly defined input fields aid in entering text. •Drop-down box allows selecting number of entries in prefigured groups of 5.•Navigation buttons help narrow down the list making it more manageable.•Search field in upper right allows searching on specific provider information.•Claim Status ‘Help File’ is now accessed from a single source at top of the page.

You will receive an error message and affected fields are highlighted if wrong data is entered or if a required field is left blank.
