Letter of Intent for the attached Rezoning Application (the "Application"). Valeriu Pamfile (the "Application") and Eunice Pamfile ("the Applicant") are submitting this Letter of Intent for the purpose of rezoning on+/- 2.2 acres located at 2126 Azalea Dr. Lawrenceville, GA 30043 also known as Buford Drive. The intent is to rezone from 0-1 back to original zoning district R-100 allowing to subdivide the property into three parcels. The Applicant is intending to live in the existing house, subdividing the property creating two additional lots a total of three properties including the existing house. The existing septic system shall be reviewed for adequate operation and performance ability.
